RESOLUTION NO. 4438 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING OFF-SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE <br /> FOR STANLEY MURZYN, 2840 HIGHWAY 10 <br /> WHEREAS, Stanley Murzyn has made application to the City of Mounds <br /> View for an off-sale intoxicating liquor license for a business to be <br /> conducted at 2840 Highway 10; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Murzyn has provided the City with all licensing <br /> information with regard to the licensing of off-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> establishments per City Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department conducted an investigation <br /> on Mr. Murzyn and has indicated there is no reason, on behalf of the Police <br /> Department, to deny to the applicant an off-sale intoxicating liquor <br /> license; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Murzyn has paid all necessary licensing fees with regard <br /> to the aforementioned off-sale intoxicating liquor license; and <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Murzyn will provide the City with a copy of the lease <br /> agreement for the property located at 2840 Highway 10 after formal approval <br /> of the license is given by the Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View hereby approves the off-sale intoxicating liquor license for <br /> Stanley Murzyn, 2840 Highway 10 contingent upon the following: <br /> 1) that available off-street parking on the site is provided <br /> according to the plan provided by the property owner dated <br /> December 8, 1992 and approved by the City Council by the <br /> adoption of Resolution No. 4410. <br /> Adopted this 25th day of October, 1993. <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CLERK-ADMINISTRATOR <br />
