Spring <br /> Lake Park <br /> lame <br /> ounds View <br /> FIRE DEPARTMENT <br /> ELEADQUAR PERS <br /> October 11, 1993 <br /> Ms. Samantha Orduno, Clerk-Administrator <br /> City of Mounds View <br /> 2401 Highway 10 <br /> Mounds View, Minnesota 55112 <br /> RE: Twin City Army Ammunition Plant <br /> Fire Contract <br /> Dear Samantha: <br /> After discussing this proposal with Don Poss, the Fire Department <br /> has entered into a contract with the Army to provide fire <br /> protection to this facility, excluding those buildings leased by <br /> Alliant Tech, the Army Reserves, and the National Guard. <br /> Enclosed hereto is a copy of the one year contract.
