Dynex has had the contract with the County since <br /> August of 1991, and has provided an exceptional service not only to the <br /> City of Mounds View but to the entire County. It is a service that is <br /> certainly advantageous for the City of Mounds View and surrounding <br /> communities in that hazardous waste items do not have to be taken long <br /> distances.
