RESOLUTION NO. 4437 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING DYNEX INDUSTRIES, <br /> 4751 MUSTANG DRIVE, AS A RAMSEY COUNTY <br /> HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION FACILITY <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex Industries, 4751 Mustang Drive is one of three companies <br /> being considered as a household hazardous waste collection facility in <br /> Ramsey County; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex has requested the City of Mounds View to indicate its <br /> support for this project; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Mounds View has reviewed the <br /> request as it relates to the community; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex Industries has been an excellent industrial resident of <br /> the City for many years; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex has a fine reputation not only in the community as a <br /> business, but also as an outstanding partner in many public/private <br /> cooperate efforts in the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Dynex has a history of providing safe disposal of hazardous <br /> wastes generated in the course of their business; and <br /> WHEREAS, this record of safety indicates a thorough knowledge of <br /> hazardous waste disposal; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the establishment of this <br /> facility would provide a benefit both to the residents of Mounds View and <br /> Ramsey County. <br /> . 6 . _ • r _ _ • 11 . . . - • . . • . • - • • <br /> Mounds View does hereby express its support for the award by Ramsey County <br /> of the household hazardous waste collection facility. <br /> Adopted this 25 day of October, 1993 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> MAYOR <br /> (SEAL) <br /> CITY ADMINISTRATOR <br />
