This item has decreased over 1993 expenditures due to an anticipated reduction in general <br />operating supplies. <br />Professional services include funding for the annual Council/Staff Strategic Planning Session. <br />The amount has been reduced to reflect elimination of an off -site conference facility. <br />Legal notices have been increased to reflect anticipated notice requirements for the golf <br />course development and other development projects. <br />Memberships have increased due to pass-thru costs. <br />
