Professional Services will increase in 1994 as the City Code codification project will <br />be completed in 1993. <br />The Administration Department funds all of the job advertisements for all <br />departments. The increase in 1994 is directly related to several new positions; <br />Economic Development Coordinator, Public Works Nfaintenaace Worker and Golf <br />Course Superintendent. <br />Expenditures for printing has been reduced based on prior year's expenditure levels. <br />Memberships have been reduced in 1994 to reflect prepayment of several <br />organizational memberships. <br />Training expenditures have been increased to reflect the necessary funding for <br />completion of a two year training program to meet State and Federal requirements <br />(Right -to -Know, AWAIR, ADA - employment) as well as upgrading computer, <br />supervisory, total Quality Management and coomunication skills. <br />
