C. Disposal of the building: <br />i. Indemnification: The participating cities understand that the governing board <br />will require any organization, group, or individual that rents or otherwise uses <br />all or part of the regional senior center to commit to held harmless and <br />indemnify the four cities and the joint powers organization against all loss, <br />damage, liability, claim, suit, judgment, costs and expenses associated with <br />their use of the senior center facility. <br />L. Additional Parties to this Agreement: The participants to this agreement <br />may, fiom time to time, propose the admission of additional cities to <br />membership in this agreement under terms that are agreed to by unanimous <br />consent of the remaining original members. <br />
