His performance <br />has been satisfactory and staff is recommending a wage adjustment to Step <br />2, $6.38/hour. This adjustment is consistent with the 5 Step Pay Plan for <br />this position. <br />Tim Cruikshank, Asst. to City Admin. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Motion to waive the reading and adopt resolution No. 4444 approving a wage <br />adjustment for Dennis Hjelle, Custodian. <br />
