RESOLUTION NO. 4444 <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A WAGE ADJUSTMENT FOR <br />DENNIS HJELLE, CUSTODIAN <br />WHEREAS, Dennis Hjelle is a part-time employee who began working for the City of <br />Mounds View on April 28, 1993; and <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Hjelle's work performance has met the responsibilities of Custodian <br />as outlined in the job description; and <br />WHEREAS, his work performance has been evaluated and has been satisfactory; and <br />WHEREAS, a wage adjustment that is consistent with the City's compensation policy <br />is recommended. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council hereby <br />approve a wage adjustment for Dennis Hjelle from $6.00/hour to $6.38/hour effective <br />10128/93. <br />Presented this 8th day of November, 1993. <br />(SEAL) <br />(ATTEST) <br />Jerry Linke, Mayor <br />Samantha Orduno, City Administrator <br />
