1994 DEPARTMENT EXPENDITURE COMMENTS <br /> • The golf course will be funded with the sale of revenue bonds. The City will utilize <br /> funds from a long term interfund loan to offset operational costs for the first three <br /> years of the course's operation. <br /> It is anticipated that the Golf Course Superintendent will be the only staff person <br /> hired in mid-1994.
