Often times, the revision is in <br />reaction to legislative or City policy changes. <br />The last time the resolution was updated and approved by the Council was <br />May 26, 1992. <br />In an effort to better coordinate the Schedule with the budget process, <br />resolutions setting water, sewer, street <br />ttli ht and res lution surface <br />ewater <br />management <br />rates, Staff is recommending <br />that the <br />License/Permit/Fee Schedule be approved prior to the end of each year - in <br />this case, at the December 13th Council meeting. <br />The staff has been examining the current license/permit/fee schedule and <br />has made recommendations for revisions which are consistent with costs and <br />are also comparable with Metropolitan cities. The Police Department has <br />recommended changes to the Administrative offense schedule which are more <br />consistent with Ramsey County charges. <br />The recommended changes are underlined on the attached Proposed Schedule. <br />Samantha Ordhno, City Administrator <br />U:,.lMLJN2ATION: <br />
