Plan <br />Rezoning of Acquisition Site from B-3, iiiah%say Commercial, <br />to Planned Unit Development'�P.U.D.) <br />The so-called "Waste" property which Multi -Tech intends to <br />acquire from Commercial Property Investments, Inc., to <br />accommodate its expansion is currently zoned B-3, 'righway <br />Commercial. Applicant requests that the acquisition/expansion <br />site be rezoned from B-3 to Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) <br />to accommodate Applicant's intended use of the property for <br />office, manufacturing/production, and distribution/ <br />warehousing. This requested rezoning is consistent with <br />Applicant's use of its existing building at 2205 Woodale <br />Drive, and with the current P.U.D. zoning in place for said <br />property and the other developed properties within Mounds view <br />Business Park. <br />Tax Increment Financing Approval <br />Applicant acknowledges the separate application for "Pay -as - <br />YOU -Go" Tar. Increment Financing assistance submitted by <br />Everest Development, Ltd., in connection with Applicant's <br />proposed expansion.
