Following discussion at the November 17, 1993 Planning <br />Commission meeting, the Planning Commission adopted Resolution No. 373-93 <br />at their December 1, 1993 Regular meeting. <br />The Resolution recommends that the Council establish a moratorium on the <br />establishment of any new Car Lots in the City for a period of 18 months. <br />This moratorium would allow the Planning Commission and City Council time <br />to further review the subject and consider the forthcoming recommendations <br />of the Focus 2000 Issue Groups.
