RESOLUTION NO. 4264 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A PORTION OF THE <br /> FUND BALANCE OF THE GENERAL FUND <br /> WHEREAS, as of December 31, 1991 undesignated Fund Balance <br /> of the General Fund amounts to $168, 183 ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Mounds View desires to <br /> provide for the financial security of the City; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Council of the City <br /> of Mounds View does hereby authorize the following designations <br /> of the Fund Balance of the General Fund: <br /> Designated for revenue shortfalls $ 100, 000 <br /> Designated for litigation $ 30, 000 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Council of the City of <br /> Mounds View increases the present designation for ensuing years <br /> budget by $38, 163 and authorizes this amount to be used for the <br /> 1993 General Fund Budget. <br /> Adopted this 27th day of August, 1992 . <br /> ATTEST: <br /> _ • . <br /> (SEAL) <br /> Clerk-Administrator <br />
