At several budget work <br /> sessions possible designations of this amount were discussed. It is my understanding that the following <br /> designations were agreed upon: <br /> Designated for revenue shortfalls $ 100,000 <br /> Designated for litigation $ 30,000 <br /> Designated for ensuing years budget $ 38,163 <br /> Resolution 4264, A Resolution Designating A Portion of the Fund Balance of the General Fund is attached for <br /> your consideration.
