Mounds View Municipal <br /> Code Chapter 40. 10 Subdivision D (7) allows for an accessory structure <br /> in excess of 216 square feet but, not exceeding 400 square feet. The <br /> applicant is proposing a 352 square foot building. Municipal Code <br /> requires that a public hearing be held for the consideration of all <br /> Conditional Use Permit applications. <br /> Currently, the request is at the Planning Commission level.
