DEFINITIONS <br /> The following terms shall mean: <br /> 1 .1 City. The City of Mounds View. <br /> 1 .2 Company. Natural gas, manufactured gas, mixture of natural <br /> gas and manufactured gas or other forms of gas energy. <br /> 1 .4 Gas Facilities.
