Have the duties and responsibilities of the position <br /> substantially changed in terms of degree of complexity and <br /> scope of diversity and/or <br /> 2 . Are the duties and responsibilities of the position consistent <br /> with the complexity, diversity and accountability of a higher <br /> ranked position? <br /> The positions recommended for reclassification are: <br /> Maintenance Receptionist <br /> Planning Technician <br /> Public Works Foreman <br /> —2-eeept1en3 st <br /> Review of the duties and responsibilities of the Maintenance <br /> Receptionist clearly indicate a substantial disparity in the duties and <br /> responsibilities of a similar position (City Hall Receptionist) . The <br /> duties performed by the Maintenance Receptionist are more consistent <br /> with the Stanton classification Secretary B or "Division Secretary" . <br /> It is recommended that this position be reclassified from Receptionist <br /> to Division Secretary.
