In the event that a request is denied <br /> at the PC level, the applicant has the right to appeal that <br /> decision to the City Council. <br /> This scenario would add additional staff time to the handling of <br /> the case including, but not limited to, preparation of additional <br /> staff reports and the potential for holding a public hearing - in <br /> which case a notice of such hearing would be required to be mailed <br /> to each property owner within 350 feet of the subject property. <br /> Preparation of this notice, generation of a mailing list and all <br /> other associated activities would be handled by the Department <br /> Secretary under the direction of the City Planner. <br /> If the City Council would like any additional information or <br /> calculations regarding this item, please let staff know and those <br /> materials can be provided Monday Evening. <br />
