RESOLUTION NO. 4286 <br /> CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br /> COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SITE PLAN DESIGN <br /> SUBMITTED BY EVEREST DEVELOPMENT, <br /> 4825 MUSTANG CIRCLE, PLANNING CASE NO. 349-92 <br /> WHEREAS, Everest Development, representing Tyson <br /> Trucking, has requested a site review for a building renova- <br /> tion and parking expansion at the Tyson Trucking facility, <br /> 4825 Mustang Circle; and <br /> WHEREAS, Chapter 59 .07 of the Municipal Code out- <br /> lines the requirements of a development review; and <br /> WHEREAS, Everest Development has submitted a Site <br /> Plan dated September 8, 1992, a Grading Plan dated September <br /> 9, 1992 and an Office Renovation Plan dated August 13, 1992, <br /> henceforth known as Exhibit 1; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the <br /> Site Plan, Grading Plan and Office Renovation Plan and recom- <br /> mended approval of the request in Planning Commission Resolu- <br /> tion No. 344-92; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the Grading <br /> Plan and found it meets the storm water runoff requirements <br /> with the modification of the ponding area as proposed in the <br /> report dated September 9, 1992 by Putnam Consultants on behalf <br /> of the applicant and henceforth known as exhibit 2 . <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View <br /> City Council approves the Site, Grading and Building Reno- <br /> vation Plans submitted by Everest Development for 4825 Mustang <br /> Circle contingent upon the following: <br /> 1. That all permits required by the Rice Creek <br /> Watershed-District-be applied for and-approved. <br /> 2 .
