The provisions of the one-year agreement, from <br /> January 1, 1992 to December 31, 1992, include: <br /> 1. 2 .9% wage increase <br /> 2 . City contribution to dependent health coverage of $285.00 <br /> per month. <br /> 3. One additional hour of standby pay - from 5 to 6 hours <br /> during a seven day period. <br /> The settlement allows the City to better comply with the State's Pay <br /> Equity Law and is consistent with the degree of percentage wage increases <br /> in other metro area municipalities. <br /> Samantha Orduno, City inistrator <br /> RI,ECOMMENDATION; <br /> Motion to approve the 1992 Labor Agreement with the Public Works <br /> Department and authorize the Mayor and City Council to execute such <br /> agreement. <br />
