JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS 6 <br /> 7 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked which Display Board required this expenditure. 8 <br /> 9 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that the current receptionist received some training on the 10 <br />display board. 11 <br /> 12 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for information on the tree removals for $7,600. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Finance Director Beer indicated that the Forester provides a list of trees that need to be removed 15 <br />and the removal fees are billed back to the property owners. 16 <br /> 17 <br />Mayor Marty asked if some of the expenses were not billable to Valmeer. 18 <br /> 19 <br />City Administrator Riggs indicated that they should all be billable to Valmeer. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Mayor Marty asked Staff to remove the ones that have been paid off. 22 <br /> 23 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Gunn/Thomas.
