Resolution 6998, Resolution of Support for Sale of Fire Station 3, Located at 1
1314 109th Avenue NE in Blaine 2
3
Fire Chief Zikmund appeared before Council and asked for authorization to sell Old Fire Station 4
3 noting the appraisal price was $162,000 and there is a purchase agreement of $184,000 with the 5
Church and this would allow the City of Blaine to move forward with this purchase.
