He then said that the City would be 5 <br />charged for the change to have it bid both ways. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for an alternate for removal of the overlook when this goes out 8 <br />for bids for comparison. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Council Member Hull asked whether the maintenance to the landscape material has been 11 <br />considered. 12 <br /> 13 <br />Director Lee indicated that anything in the County right of way would be the responsibility of the 14 <br />City to maintain. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Stigney asked what the price difference would be for a concrete bench. 17 <br /> 18 <br />Director Lee estimated that a concrete bench would be significantly more expensive than what is 19 <br />being proposed. 20 <br /> 21 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Flaherty.
