Mounds View City Council October 9, 2006 <br />Regular Meeting Page 14 <br /> <br /> 1 <br />Councilmember Thomas stated that the Council would determine funding and specific elements 2 <br />in the plans and specs, not in the current phase. 3 <br /> 4 <br />Director Lee suggested that the language be changed to “accept” rather than “approve.” 5 <br />Councilmember Stigney stated he would accept the preliminary plan as long as there are approval 6 <br />and discussion of all the elements that go into each segment. 7 <br /> 8 <br />Councilmember Flaherty stated he would accept the language change from “approve” to 9 <br />“accept.” 10 <br /> 11 <br />MOTION/SECOND: GUNN/THOMAS. To adopt Resolution 6949 Accepting the Preliminary 12 <br />Design of Landscape Architecture Elements for the County Road 10 Trailway Corridor, as 13 <br />amended. 14 <br /> 15 <br />Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 16 <br /> 17 <br />9.
