Reports of City Administrator 2 <br /> 3 <br />City Administrator Ulrich pointed out to the Council a sample of minutes that were done via web 4 <br />streaming and suggested the Council review the minutes to determine if they would be willing to 5 <br />allow the minutes to be created via a video or web streaming rather than live. 6 <br /> 7 <br />Mayor Marty stated his only concern is if there was a problem with the master copy of the video. 8 <br />He said if a tape recorder could be used it would be worth considering. 9 <br /> 10 <br />Councilmember Stigney asked if it would be considered for the Planning Commission as well. 11 <br />City Administrator Ulrich pointed out there was not a web streaming option for the Planning 12 <br />Commission. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Marty said meeting minutes via web streaming would be tested for a single meeting on 15 <br />the October 23, 2006. 16 <br /> 17 <br />The Council reached consensus to try the video minutes for the October 23, 2006. 18 <br /> 19 <br />12.
