PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE 14 <br /> 15 <br />Mayor Marty welcomed the Cub Scouts from Troop 367. 16 <br /> 17 <br />One of the Scouts asked why Mayor Marty would want to be Mayor. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Marty explained that he wanted to help the City with its planning and making decisions to 20 <br />help make a difference for the City. He then invited the Cub Scouts and/or their parents to come 21 <br />to the meetings or contact Council at any time. 22 <br /> 23 <br />3. ROLL CALL: Marty, Stigney, Hull, Flaherty, and Mueller 24 <br /> 25 <br /> NOT PRESENT: None. 26 <br /> 27 <br />4. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 28 <br /> 29 <br />City Administrator Ulrich noted that Item 6A was removed from the Agenda and said that it is 30 <br />anticipated that the item will be back on the Agenda on January 22, 2007. 31 <br /> 32 <br /> A. Monday, January 8, 2007 City Council Agenda 33 <br /> 34 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. To Approve the Monday, January 8, 2007 agenda as 35 <br />presented. 36 <br /> 37 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 38 <br /> 39 <br />5. PUBLIC INPUT 40 <br /> 41 <br />David Jahnke congratulated the new Council Members and said that the Scouts waited for 23 42 <br />Minutes and that is rude and he feels that Council Meetings should start at 7:00 p.m. as planned. 43 <br /> 44
