To Extend the Meeting. 2 <br /> 3 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 4 <br /> 5 <br />Council Member Flaherty asked about the assessment overpayment on Page 14. 6 <br /> 7 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated he would research the matter and provide information. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Mayor Marty asked about the Ehlers and Associates seminar. 10 <br /> 11 <br />City Administrator Ulrich explained that is an annual financial seminar tailored to TIF and other 12 <br />financing issues. 13 <br /> 14 <br />Mayor Marty asked what Knox boxes are. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Chief Sommer indicated they are lockboxes for keys to allow the fire department access to multi-17 <br />housing locations and public buildings. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Mayor Marty asked for more information on the $500.00 for online research. 20 <br /> 21 <br />Chief Sommer indicated that it allows for research on many different police issues. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Mayor Marty asked for clarification on the additional cable hours for $589. 24 <br /> 25 <br />City Administrator Ulrich indicated that was in 2006 for hours relative to remodeling City Hall. 26 <br /> 27 <br />Mayor Marty asked about the Ramsey County Memorial entry. 28 <br /> 29 <br />Director Ericson explained that it was for a planning case for a subdivision. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Mayor Marty asked where the locks were keyed. 32 <br /> 33 <br />Mayor Marty asked about the Spring Lake Park Lumber window replacement. 34 <br /> 35 <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated this was for replacement of a vandalized window at 36 <br />Groveland Park to be reimbursed by the contractor’s insurance company. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty asked about swing decals for $250.00. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Staff will look into it. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Public Works Director Lee indicated that it may be for Random Park to change the handicap 43 <br />accessible door. 44 <br /> 45
