To Approve the Just and Correct Claims as Presented. 12 13 Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 14 15 Council Member Flaherty asked to have Staff add the code for the department and a little more 16 description for clarity. 17 18 10. APPROVAL OF MINUTES 19 20 A. City Council Minutes October 9, 2007 21 22 Mayor Marty requested that the words “hearing no further comments prior to closing a public 23 hearing be added for all public hearings. On Page 4 on Line 17 he would like clarification of 24 what the word “roll” means in that statement from Mr. Beer. 25 26 Staff will look into it and correct that part as necessary. 27 28 MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Flaherty. January 8, 2007 City Council Meeting Minutes 35 36 Mayor Marty indicated that he had called his changes into Staff. He then said that on Page 11, 37 bottom Paragraph he did add some things that he had said previously and read them for Council. 38 39 MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull.
