RESOLUTION 7037 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />APPROVING A RESTAURANT AND BOWLING LICENSE TRANSFER FOR <br />MERMAID LANES LOCATED AT 2200 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View businesses wishing to operate <br />certain types of businesses must apply to the City for business licenses; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has <br />applied for a Restaurant and Bowling License in order to transfer ownership from the <br />current owner; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mounds View Bowling, Inc. (d.b.a. Mermaid Lanes) has <br />submitted the proper paperwork and fees, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all City of Mounds View business licenses must be approved <br />by the City Council. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve a Restaurant and Bowling License for Mermaid Lanes <br />located at 2200 County Highway 10 in Mounds View . <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the licensing <br />period shall be from April 1, 2007-June 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 12th day of March, 2007 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal)
