<br />RESOLUTION 7041 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A REPLACEMENT WHITE <br />SQUAD CAR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Mounds View Police Department planned and budgeted for replacement of one <br />marked squad car in 2007, and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the replacement cost of one white squad car was budgeted in 2007 at an estimated <br />cost of $23,000, plus equipment and set up and; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elk River Ford was awarded the state bid for the 2007 White Ford Crown Victoria <br />Police Interceptor Package for 2007 at an approximate cost of $22,000. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council for the City of Mounds View <br />authorizes the purchase of one 2007 White Ford Crown Victoria police vehicle under the state bid at an <br />approximate cost of $22,000, including tax, registration, and license fees. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted this 12th day of March 2007. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: ____________________________________ <br /> Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(seal) <br />
