RESOLUTION 7043 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />Resolution Approving Outdoor Liquor Consumption at Moe’s Located at <br />2400 Highway 10 in Mound View <br /> <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s has a current On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License on <br />file with the City and the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s is requesting to sell intoxicating liquor outdoors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 771 states that the licensee must make application <br />for the special endorsement to the City and provide site plans which illustrate the <br />proposed outdoor service area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary applications, plans and fees for the <br />establishment located at 2400 Highway 10 have been submitted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the application and plans for the outdoor <br />liquor consumption endorsement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe’s Outdoor Liquor <br />Consumption Endorsement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City <br />Council does hereby approve an Outdoor Liquor Consumption Endorsement for <br />Moe’s, located at 2400 Highway 10 for 2007. <br /> <br /> NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Outdoor Liquor <br />Endorsement for Moe’s will expire on June 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 26th day of March, 2006. <br /> <br /> <br />________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
