RESOLUTION 7043 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN OUTDOOR LIQUOR CONSUMPTION <br />ENDORSEMENT AT MOE’S, LOCATED AT 2400 COUNTY HIGHWAY 10 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s has a current On-Sale Intoxicating Liquor License on file with the <br />City and the Minnesota Alcohol and Gambling Enforcement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Moe’s is requesting a renewal of their endorsement which allows them <br />to sell and serve intoxicating liquor outdoors; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Ordinance 771 states that the licensee must make application for the <br />special endorsement to the City and provide site plans which illustrate the proposed <br />outdoor service area; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all necessary applications, plans and fees for the establishment located <br />at 2400 County Highway 10 have been submitted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff has reviewed the application and plans for the outdoor liquor <br />consumption endorsement; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, staff recommends approval of Moe’s Outdoor Liquor Consumption <br />Endorsement. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mounds View City Council does <br />hereby approve an Outdoor Liquor Consumption Endorsement for Moe’s, located at <br />2400 County Highway 10 for 2007, subject to the following requirement:. <br /> <br />The Applicant shall submit an outdoor special event mitigation plan for the <br />event scheduled in June of 2007 to address the time that music will be <br />played, whether or not it is amplified, and what actions it will take to ensure <br />compliance with the City’s noise control regulations. <br /> <br /> NOW, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this Outdoor Liquor Endorsement for <br />Moe’s will expire on June 30, 2008. <br /> <br /> Adopted this 9th day of April, 2007. <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br />Rob Marty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br />________________________________ <br />Kurt Ulrich, City Administrator <br /> <br />(seal)
