<br />5. ARTICLE 9: Vacation (same as other City contracts) <br /> The City proposes five weeks vacation at 205 years of service. <br /> <br />6. ARTICLE 22: Clothing <br />The City will add language in the Labor Contract that new employees will receive <br />reimbursement for the purchase of coveralls up to $100.00 <br /> <br />7. Clothing Allowance (2006 and 2007 combined rates) <br />ARTICLE 18.2: Safety Glasses: $260.00 (2006 and 2007), currently $255.00 <br /> ARTICLE 22.1: Outdoor Clothing: $96.00 (2006 and 2007), currently $90.00 <br /> ARTICLE 22.2: Boots: $245.00 (2006 and 2007), currently $225.00 <br /> <br />8. Shop Privileges <br />There will be no use of the Public Works Facility for washing personal vehicles <br />allowed. Many cities have the same policy due to liability issues. <br /> <br />9. Article Revisions <br /> The City will make the appropriate house-keeping corrections as stated in <br />Appendix A, attached. <br /> <br />10. Holidays <br /> City proposes that the Holiday will remain as stated in the Mounds View <br />Personnel Manual. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />It is recommended that the City Council approve the attached Resolution 7056, <br />Approving the 2006 – 2007 Labor Agreement with the Public Works Collective Bargaining <br />Unit.
