<br />Resolution 7060 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />4. The sign shall not flash, strobe or mimic traffic control lights. Live video feeds or <br />video clips shall not be displayed on the sign. <br /> <br />5. The owner agrees to remove or modify any content deemed a violation of City <br />Code. <br /> <br />6. A Building Permit is required for the sign replacement. <br /> <br />7.
