Staff, after discussing this property, <br /> realized that it is in a flood plain and that further review was <br /> necessary. Staff recommended tabling and continuationof this public <br /> hearing to the April 27, 1992 Council Meeting as it needed further • <br /> review. <br /> MOTION/SECOND: Quick/Blanchard to table the public hearing for a <br /> Wetland Alteration Permit for Steve Borden to Construct a Garage <br /> Within A Wetland Zone to the April 27 City Council Meeting. <br /> VOTE: 5 ayes 0 nays Motion Carried <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:08 p.m. <br /> 5) Mayor Linke opened the public hearing for the consideration of a <br /> wetland al teres ,on permit—for Ramsey—County—for—Roadway <br /> Slopes in a Wetland District <br /> Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed <br /> the request by Ramsey County for a wetland alteration permit to allow <br /> construction of roadway fill slopes in a wetland district. Minetor <br /> explained the three areas to be affected. Minetor explained that <br /> there will be very little impact on any of these wetland areas. <br /> Terry North, Ramsey County Aquatic Biologist, was in attendance to <br /> field- any questions anyone might have. Mr. North stated that Ramsey <br /> County had submitted a request two weeks prior for a DNR permit and <br /> that the Army Corps of Engineers permit had been received. <br /> Mayor Linke closed the public hearing at 8:14 p.m. • <br />
