Ric Minetor, Director of Public Works/City Engineer, reviewed <br /> Staff Report No. 92-206C regarding approval of new trunk Highway <br /> 10 construction. Minetor stated that the City received the final <br /> plans-and-a-copy-of the-proposal for the-c-onsetruotion--of-Trunk <br /> Highway 10 in Mounds View. These plans included the realignment <br /> of County Road J between Knoliwood and Xylite as well as some <br /> construction at the junction of Long Lake Road and 85th AVenue.
