Plan & Capital IhmprovemPnts <br /> Administrator's Review/Recommendation: <br /> - No comments to supplement this report <br /> - Comments attached. <br /> Explanation/Summary (attach supplement sheets as necessary.) <br /> ,SUMMARY; <br /> Attached are copies of the amendments to existing ordinances <br /> required to make the Municipal Code consistent with the Surface <br /> Water Management Plan. Short-Elliott-Hendrickson will have a <br /> representative at the April 6 meeting to discuss the amendments <br /> and also to review the implementation of the plan. Basically, <br /> implementation covers 2 areas; maintenance and operation of <br /> surface water systems consistent with the management practices <br /> cited in the plan, and Capital Improvements identified in the <br /> plan. Implementation will require the City to determine the <br /> method of providing the funding for these areas.
