He then said that and he could hear it over the TV in the house with the 7 <br />windows closed. 8 <br /> 9 <br />Council Member Hull agreed that it is too loud when there is a band there. 10 <br /> 11 <br />Mayor Marty indicated that this can be an issue as it has been with Roberts and he would like to 12 <br />discuss this with the owners to avoid noise issues in the future. 13 <br /> 14 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Postpone Resolution 7043 to the Next Council Meeting. 15 <br /> 16 <br />Council Member Stigney asked if this is a one time only event or whether the Resolution grants 17 <br />them approval for any time they want. 18 <br /> 19 <br />Ms. Crane indicated that this is a one year endorsement so they could do another event during the 20 <br />year. 21 <br /> 22 <br />Council Member Stigney indicated that he may have an issue with that. 23 <br /> 24 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 25 <br /> 26 <br /> C. First Reading of Ordinance 787 Approving an Amendment to Chapter 1102 32 <br /> of the Mounds View Zoning Code to define Health and Beauty Services 33 <br /> 34 <br />Assistant to the Administrator Crane explained that the City Attorney and Council have directed 35 <br />that Staff define health and beauty services. The Planning Commission reviewed the proposed 36 <br />definition and recommended approval. She then read the proposed definition. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Council Member Stigney asked what a nutrition and diet center is. 39 <br /> 40 <br />Staff explained. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Council Member Mueller would like the words “and the like” removed from the definition. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Council agreed. 45
