PUBLIC INPUT 29 <br /> 30 <br />Nick Hammes of 5511 Quincy Street said that there is an issue with parking on Quincy Street 31 <br />and he would like to ask if Council has done any research on the issue since it was brought to the 32 <br />attention of the City. 33 <br /> 34 <br />Council Member Flaherty indicated that he drove by today around 11:30 a.m. and there were no 35 <br />cars parked at that time. He then said that the police department is patrolling the area looking for 36 <br />violators. 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty indicated he spoke to the Chief about it and was told that the Chief was out there 39 <br />Thursday afternoon and there were no cars parked along there at that time. 40 <br /> 41 <br />Council Member Mueller indicated that she is wondering if the best solution would be to restrict 42 <br />parking there 24 hours per day due to the heavy traffic in the area because that would solve the 43 <br />issue but that creates problems for residents who would want to have visitors park on the street. 44
