<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ORDINANCE SUMMARY <br /> <br />EMERGENCY ORDINANCE NO. 786 <br /> <br />CITY OF MOUNDS VIEW <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> <br />An Ordinance Amending Chapter 1010 of the Mounds View <br />Municipal Code Relating to Wetland Zoning Requirements <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />On May 14, 2007, the Mounds View City Council adopted an ordinance which clarifies the <br />rules and regulations relating to normal and typical lawn maintenance activities within a <br />wetland buffer. In addition, the regulations clarified exemptions relating to work done by the <br />City or on behalf of the City within a wetland district. <br /> <br />The ordinance, along with the full text of the City’s Wetland Zoning Code, are on file and <br />available for public viewing at the office of the Clerk Administrator.
