Their supervisor has reviewed their performances as it relates to their responsibilities <br />outlined in the job description. <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br /> <br />It was determined that PSO Justin Solberg and Officer Ben Knitter, have more than <br />satisfactorily performed in the capacity of their position, and therefore, a step increase <br />wage adjustment is consistent with the Personnel Manual and Labor Agreements. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends approval of Resolution 7099, approving the Step Increases. <br /> <br /> <br />Respectfully Submitted, <br />Desaree Crane <br /> <br /> <br />
