Reports of Mayor and Council 37 <br /> 38 <br />Mayor Marty thanked everyone who participated in Festival in the Park. Mayor Marty explained 39 <br />that two Staff members are now able to enter information for the city’s sign, to avoid the issues 40 <br />of not being able to put fireworks cancellation on the sign. The City sign showed fireworks were 41 <br />still on for Sunday night. People were calling to see if the fireworks would still be held. 42 <br /> 43 <br />Community Development Director Ericson indicated that Medtronic does not have any issue 44 <br />with rolling the funds for fireworks from this year into the 2008 celebration. 45
