MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7169, Adopting a Special Assessment Levy for the Hidden Hollow South Utility and Street Improvement Project. Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. E. Resolution 7171, Step Increase for Brett Brisbois, Mounds View Public Works Employee MOTION/SECOND: Hull/Flaherty. To Approve Resolution 7171, Step Increase for Brett Brisbois, Mounds View Public Works Employee. Interim Administrator Ericson read Resolution 7171, Step Increase for Brett Brisbois, Mounds View Public Works Employee. Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. F. Resolution 7173, Approving a Candidate for the Economic Development Specialist Position Interim Administrator Ericson provided information on the proposed candidate for the Economic Development Specialist Position, Ms. Heidi Steinmetz.. The Mayor has spoken to Ms. Steinmetz and feels comfortable with the recommendation to hire her. MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7173, Approving the Candidate for the Economic Development Specialist Position. Acting Mayor Stigney said that starting someone out at Step 5 does not allow for any growth and it concerns him to take a candidate that is taking a step down in responsibility to come to the City.
