Resolution 7170 Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for <br /> Scotland Green Apartments <br /> <br />Council Member Flaherty asked for an explanation of this request. <br /> <br />Finance Director Beer explained that this is an administrative request from the County since <br />there has been a request to consolidate the assessments into one single assessment. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Mueller. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7170, <br />Approving Reapportionment of Assessments for Scotland Green Apartments. <br /> <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. <br /> <br />9. JUST AND CORRECT CLAIMS <br /> <br />Council Member Flaherty asked if the new squad equipment was budgeted for. Staff explained <br />that it was. <br /> <br />Council Member Flaherty, on Page 10 for the pencils. Staff explained that these pencils were <br />purchased with the DARE funds and these are pencils that are handed out to the students. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Stigney, on Page 7 lawn care and he would like to know if this is the last lawn <br />mowing at 8310 Eastwood Road. <br /> <br />Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that this does not include the mowing done at 8310 <br />Eastwood Road. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Stigney said that he would like to review the work done by this contractor to <br />ensure that the job is being done properly; otherwise, the City should locate another contractor. <br /> <br />MOTION/SECOND: Mueller/Hull. To Approve Just and Correct Claims as Presented. <br />
