Resolution 7157, A Resolution Approving Severance Package for Kurt 17 <br /> Ulrich, Mounds View City Administrator 18 <br /> 19 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Stigney/Hull. To Extend the Meeting to 11:00 p.m. 20 <br /> 21 <br /> Ayes – 5 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 22 <br /> 23 <br />Assistant Administrator Crane explained that Resolution 7157 would authorize a severance 24 <br />payment for Mr. Ulrich in accordance with the personnel manual and policies. 25 <br /> 26 <br />MOTION/SECOND: Flaherty/Hull. To Waive the Reading and Approve Resolution 7157, a 27 <br />Resolution Approving Severance Package for Kurt Ulrich, Mounds View City Administrator. 28 <br /> 29 <br /> Ayes – 4 Nays – 0 Motion carried. 30 <br /> 31 <br />Council Member Mueller was not present for the vote. 32 <br /> 33 <br /> D. Resolution 7159, A Resolution Approving a Final Plat for the Abiding Savior 34 <br /> Major Subdivision 35 <br /> 36 <br />Interim Administrator Ericson explained that Abiding Savior has submitted a request for 37 <br />approval of the Final Plat for the major subdivision. The Final Plat has been submitted and is 38 <br />consistent with the preliminary plat. Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that the City 39 <br />Attorney has reviewed all of the information relating to the plat, and there is a park dedication fee 40 <br />required as part of this major subdivision approval. 41 <br /> 42 <br />Mayor Marty asked for confirmation that there are no changes from the preliminary plat stage. 43 <br /> 44 <br />Interim Administrator Ericson indicated that was correct. 45
