There <br />are several issues that were discussed at the November 21st Public Informational <br />Meeting and noted on the Feedback Forms that were submitted. <br /> <br />Curb Style - surmountable versus barrier style curbs <br />Hillview Road – Narrowing of Hillview Road form 42’ to 28’ and adding a sidewalk <br />Elimination of the access of Hillview Road and Fairchild Avenue <br />Hillview Park Parking Improvements <br />Grouping of Mail boxes <br />Deferral Option <br />Rain Gardens / Infiltration Basins <br />Phasing of this project <br /> <br />On December 4, 2006 the City conduced a work session in which these items <br />were discussed with the City Council. The City Council gave direction on several <br />of these items. <br /> <br />On December 11, 2006 the City Council held a public hearing and approved a <br />resolution approving the Feasibility Report for the 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project. <br /> <br />On January 2, 2007 the City conducted a work session in which several design <br />issues were discussed with the City Council. The City Council gave direction on <br />several of these items. <br /> <br />On January 25, 2007 Staff provided the City Council with a memorandum entitled <br />2007-2008 Street and Utility Project Update – curb Issue, schedule, petition, <br />water quality –Raingardens.
