These steps were: <br />o Develop a Financial Plan for the entire Program <br />o Develop a Standard <br />o Develop a Prioritization Plan / Policy <br />o Communicate the Plan / Program - get public buy-in <br />o Be Unified <br /> <br /> <br />Discussion: <br />The following is a draft list of ideas to consider for moving forward with the City’s <br />Street and Utility Rehabilitation Program. <br /> <br /> <br />Possibilities of Implementing a Project <br />• There is no realistic way to implement a project for 2007 <br />• Project for 2008 <br />o Petition in favor of the 2007-2008 Street and Utility <br />Improvement Project – The number of properties that petition <br />FOR the project will need to be at least equal to the number that <br />petitioned AGAINST it. This option would be good only until <br />December 11, 2007. <br />o Re-configure the 2007-2008 Street and Utility Improvement <br />Project
