COURT MEMORANDUM <br /> <br /> <br />MEMO TO: Ramsey County Court <br /> <br />FROM: James Ericson, Community Development Director <br /> <br />DATE: September 2, 2005 <br /> <br />SUBJECT: ISSUANCE OF A RAMSEY COUNTY COURT CITATION TO <br />KHALDON BTEIBET DOING BUSINESS AT 2390 COUNTY <br />ROAD 10 AS “THE PREMIUM STOP” <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ISSUANCE OF CITATION TO: <br /> <br /> Khaldon Bteibet <br />The Premium Stop <br />2390 County Road 10 <br />Mounds View, MN 55112 <br /> <br /> <br />CHARGES: Violations of Mounds View Municipal Code <br /> <br />• Section 607.04, Subd. 1, which states that “Buildings, fences <br />and other structures which have been so poorly maintained that <br />their physical condition and appearance detract from the <br />surrounding neighborhood are declared to be Public <br />Nuisances.” <br /> <br />• Section 1008.12, Subd. 3, which declares “roof mounted <br />signage” as prohibited in the City of Mounds View. <br /> <br />• Section 1114.04, Subd. 3b, which provides for the conditions <br />under which a motor fuel station may operate, specifically, <br />maintaining the building and grounds so as to not become a <br />blighting influence <br /> <br /> <br />REQUEST: The City of Mounds View Requests fines be assessed upon the <br />cited individual for the identified charges and requests that the <br />cited individual be required to bring the property into compliance with all Mounds View <br />business, nuisance, building, sign, fire and zoning codes, and that any work for which <br />permits are required to bring property into compliance are obtained. <br />
