Memo to Ramsey County Court <br />RE: Khaldon Bteibet <br />September 2, 2005 <br />Page 3 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />July 11, 2005: Sent letter addressing the sign code violations, continued <br />degradation of the building and grounds and also potential <br />violation of the conditional use permit which prohibits outside <br />sales and rental.
